Privacy policy
Svaarico is a voice-agent platform operated by digiPanda Consulting. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of svaarico.com, to businesses that use Svaarico (our customers), and to the people who speak with a Svaarico agent on a customer's behalf (callers).
1. Who we are
Svaarico (“we”, “us”) is a product of digiPanda Consulting, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we are the data fiduciary for data collected on this website and for our customer accounts, and a data processor for call data we handle on a customer's instructions.
Contact for privacy matters: hello@svaarico.com.
2. Data we collect
From website visitors
- Test-call request: your name, mobile number and preferred language, plus your consent to receive one automated call.
- Demo and contact requests: name, work email, company, phone and anything you write to us.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through server logs and analytics cookies (see section 7).
From customers (businesses using Svaarico)
- Account details: name, email, phone, company, billing information and usage records.
- Configuration data you provide to train your agent: knowledge base, scripts, FAQs, policies and integrations you connect (CRM, calendar, WhatsApp, sheets).
From callers (people who speak with a Svaarico agent)
- Phone number, the audio of the call, an automated transcript, and the outcome tags and notes the agent produces (for example “Interested”, “Meeting booked”).
- Any personal details the caller chooses to share during the call, such as a name, address or preferred appointment time.
3. Why we use it
- To place the test call you asked for and to respond to demo or contact requests.
- To run the service for customers: answer and place calls, transcribe them, tag outcomes, book appointments, send follow-ups and sync to connected tools.
- To bill for usage, prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud checks) and keep the platform secure.
- To improve our voice models and product. Where we use call data for improvement we do so on aggregated or de-identified data, or with the customer's agreement.
- To meet legal obligations, including telecom regulations in India.
4. Automated calls and consent
We place automated calls only where there is a lawful basis. For test calls from this website, you give consent by ticking the consent box; one call is placed to the number you provide. Customers using Svaarico for outbound calling are responsible for obtaining consent from their contacts and for honouring the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry and TRAI regulations. We provide tooling to respect DND preferences and we will suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Where required by law, callers are informed at the start of a call that they are speaking with an AI agent and that the call may be recorded.
5. Who we share data with
- Telephony and messaging providers that carry calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Speech and language model providers that process audio and text to run the agent. These providers process data under contract and do not use it to train their own models unless we state otherwise.
- Cloud hosting and analytics providers (for example AWS and website analytics).
- Tools our customers connect — a CRM, calendar or spreadsheet — under the customer's control.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
- Test-call data: deleted within 30 days of the call, except the record needed to enforce rate limits (a hashed number) which is kept for 90 days.
- Customer call recordings and transcripts: kept for the period set in the customer's plan (default 90 days), or until the customer deletes them. Customers can shorten this.
- Account and billing records: for the life of the account and as long as tax and accounting law require afterwards.
- Website analytics: 14 months.
7. Cookies and analytics
svaarico.com uses strictly necessary cookies to make the site work and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to call data is limited to staff who need it to run the service and is logged. We keep our infrastructure in India where possible and use industry-standard controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. If you are a caller and the data belongs to one of our customers' accounts, we will pass your request to that customer and help them respond.
Write to hello@svaarico.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
Svaarico is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for customers, by email.
