Open notification settings
Go to Settings and open Notifications.
Choose the events
Turn on alerts for new leads, missed calls or calls that need a person.
Choose where they go
Get alerts by email, WhatsApp or in the dashboard.
Save and test
Save, then make a test call to see the alert arrive.
